Inspired By Women features exquisite embroidery pieces from the historical collections of our exhibition partner, The Embroiderers Guild, Victoria.

Join historical embroidery specialists and makers for this special 'Walk and Talk', as they share insights about these beautiful, but rarely-exhibited textiles.

Explore the fascinating stories of over fifty samplers, garments, fashion accessories, and decorative textiles that are displayed alongside treasures of British and European fine and decorative arts from The Johnston Collection.

Your ticket includes:

- tea or Market Lane coffee on arrival, served from our Wedgwood fine bone china

- an introduction to The Johnston Collection by one of our knowledgeable Volunteer Guides

- an intimate tour experience led by embroidery experts from The Embroiderers Guild, Victoria with no more than 8 visitors per guide (groups of up to 22 are welcome)
