FAIRHALL EXHIBITION-HOUSE :
WEEKDAY GUIDED TOURS
Open Monday to Friday, with three tours daily at 10.00 am,
12.00 noon and 2.00 pm. We are closed on public holidays.
EXTENDED HOURS GUIDED TOURS
SECOND SATURDAY Fairhall tours are scheduled on the
second Saturday of each month at 10.00 am and 12.00 noon.
TWILIGHT TOURS Fairhall tours are scheduled for the
third Thursday of each month at 6.00 pm.

We are encouraging all visitors, supporters, and members to make the most of our online facilities.
The Johnston Collection will no longer be accepting payment by cheque as of 1 July 2019.
From 1 July 2019 you will be charged a fee of $25 for processing for each cheque payment. No further cheques will be received other than by prior arrangement.
Remember no online booking fee applies to members of The Friends.
The Johnston Collection is a small, independent and volunteer-based organisation. This change will assist with the delivery of our programs and allow us to devote more time to creating more wonderful events for you all.
The Johnston Collection is located in a residential area.
We do not publish our address.
All visitors must arrive via The Johnston Collection courtesy bus with pick-up at the Pullman Melbourne on the Park, 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne ten minutes before the start of the event you have booked into.
Entry will not be permitted to those coming directly to the Collection including confirmed bookings.
Visitors can opt to return to the Pullman Melbourne on the Park in our courtesy bus at the completion of their visit.
Fairhall exhibition-house tours and lectures take about 1½ hours.
We encourage all visitors to arrive at the Pullman Melbourne on the Park, 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne by public transport.

If you have a mobility, visual or hearing impairment, we are here to help.
Please note there is no lift in Fairhall exhibition-house and access to the second floor requires climbing a fairly steep staircase comprising 21 steps to the first landing and then a further 8 steps to reach the second level.
Wheelchair and walker access is limited to the Ground Floor in the Administration Building and Fairhall exhibition-house. A foldable chair is available Fairhall exhibition-house for visitors on request.

Children must be aged eight and above.
All children must have a confirmed booking and be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please wear appropriate and comfortable shoes for the Fairhall exhibition-house tour. All properties have stairs and steps and surfaces are uneven in places.
Photography with a mobile phone is allowed on all tours for personal use only.
Flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks and video recording are not permitted.
Except on social media, photography may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission from The Johnston Collection.
