Join Terence Lane, Senior Curator, NGV when he will discuss the 1870s and 1880s Aesthetic Movement which had a profound impact on floral arrangement.

Previously neglected species became fashionable and a new informality challenged conventional modes. The lecture will be illustrated with slides of the late 19th century British and Australian paintings.

This event includes coffee and a mini cake.
