BAXTER PRINTS with Timothy Menzel

Thursday 25 Mar 1999, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

In the 1960s Baxter Prints were highly collectable and very expensive. They were a must have! And they were so English! Fashion changes and is now changing again and they are highly sought after.

Timothy Menzel, Australia’s foremost authority of Baxter Prints will relate the story of how and why those prints were created, where to find them and what to look for.

Interestingly, the Johnston collection has silhouettes of George Baxter's parents – and his grandfather!
