The Johnston Collection is an independent museum that receives no Government funding. The generosity of Trusts, Foundations and individual donors is vital to ensure the financial sustainability of the museum and its collections for future generations. 

Every bequest, large or small, supports our work to enrich the intellectual, cultural, and social life of Victoria and beyond, as we share stories, inspire communities, and reinterpret historical objects for contemporary audiences.
