Our Special Interest Tours offer in-depth information and behind-the-scenes access to hidden treasures of The Johnston Collection. 

Join one of our expert volunteer guides for the Unlocking the Collection tour. By 'unlocking' the doors, lids and covers of objects, this tour offers visitors the opportunity to see hidden aspects and interior details of items in our historic East Melbourne townhouse, Fairhall.

 Visitors enjoy:

• an introduction to TJC and Staffordshire by a knowledgeable volunteer guide
• an intimate tour experience in Fairhall exhibition house (no more than eight visitors per guide)
• tea or Market Lane coffee served in our delightful Wedgwood bone china 
• behind-the-scenes access to Collection objects
• time after the tour to explore our exclusive range of gifts and homewares at our museum shop: TJC Emporium
