Melbourne Holocaust Museum Visit and Tour

Thursday 17 Jul 2025, 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

The Friends will be visiting for a special exclusive guided tour. As custodians of truth, and the largest institution in Australia solely dedicated to Holocaust education, research and remembrance, the museum is committed to honouring the lives of the survivors. The Melbourne Holocaust Museum is a memorial for hope and healing, and it is dedicated to the memory of six million Jews, victims of the Holocaust.

Built by a community of survivors, it is the opportunity to ignite a sense of humanity and empower all who visit to champion kindness, bravery and fairness. The museum houses the stories and it is important to carry these memories forward, to not only to preserve the past, but encourage entire generations to help create a better world.

The Melbourne Holocaust Museum is a memorial to all victims of racist policies and promotes an educational programme which aims to combat antisemitism, racism and prejudice in the community, fostering understanding between people.

Join The Friends for an afternoon of learning during the guided tour of this amazing museum, followed by afternoon refreshments.
