Enjoy a tour of Fairhall, where Darren Purchese from Burch & Purchese Sweet Studio will surprise and delight with a magnificent array of treats and desserts, served with matched wines.

Guests will be guided through the exhibtion-house to view the superb collection of Georgian, Regency and Louis XV fine and decorative arts. 

Fairhall, rearranged by the Australian Ballet’s David McAllister, will provide a sumptuous setting and the interiors will be inspired by ballets from Swan Lake to Sleeping Beauty.
