MRS LANDY’S REARRANGEMENT

The Governor of Victoria’s wife Mrs Lynne Landy will rearrange Mr Johnston’s house.

She has been chosen for three reasons.

First, she was editor for Country Style and has done lots of set-ups for photo shoots in the country style look.

Secondly, she has recently rearranged The Johnston Collection at Government House (where some of our collection is used in the public and private areas and other items are in store in one of the cottages in the grounds of Government House.)

Thirdly, and most importantly, William Johnston’s will stated that he is leaving his estate to the people of Victoria for historic and educational interest and we think Mrs Landy is the best placed person to get the word out to all Victorians that The Johnston Collection exists.

Her rearrangement will last for six weeks.
