THE SUMMER SHOW: Christmas at The Johnston Collection 2004|05

Members of the Australian Decorative and Fine Arts Society (ADFAS), with whom The Johnston Collection has a close association, became involved. Members from ADFAS Geelong, Melbourne, Mornington and Yarra stepped forward to work on the show.

Visit China, Holland, France, Egypt, Italy and India and explore their influence on the fine and decorative arts.

Each group was assigned a room to explore the contribution a particular country had made to the decorative arts - England, Holland, France, China, et cetera.

Decorated by 50 ADFAS members this Christmas promises to be a very theatrical show.
